In vault/core/controller/dm/attach/file/vw.php, find:

$already_used = vw_Hard_Core::model('Datastore')->get('vw_attach_usage');

After it, add:

Code:

if (!$already_used) $already_used = 0;

In vault/core/controller/dm/attach/thumb/vw.php, do the same thing.

There are several instances of that line.

If there are, then it should be added after every one.

I believe one of the instances is in a delete method. In that scope, it would be non-zero, so you shouldn't need it there, but adding it won't hurt anything.
