is imported as
[h=Positive]3[/h]

Same for ref and cat

This was a bug in VaultWiki 3. The headline BB-Code (among others) was imported as-is from VaultWiki 3. This should not be a problem for VaultWiki 4 if the BB-Codes have the correct identifiers such as vw_section_tag for the headline BB-Code.
