Configuration option to hide the VaultWiki version number in footer
vBulletin has a mod that allows a site to hide the version number in the footer and a few other places so that the site is not easily identifiable via Internet searches. This can help thwart or delay attackers who might look for specific vBulletin installations in order to attempt a known, unpatched exploit. The vBulletin license allows the version number to be removed in the attribution. The same feature to remove the VaultWiki version number in the footer and elsewhere, either as part of VaultWiki or as a mod, would be very useful. It is understood that the version number will exist in various other places, such as JS content that might be passing version numbers to function calls, but removing it from the obvious places in the UI helps.
