Title between brackets is displayed as small font size

When a title has brackets ( ) then the part between brackets is displayed in small font and the brackets are not show.
How do I get rid of this bug?

This has been a behavior of VaultWiki since early VaultWiki 3 days. It is controlled by Settings > VaultWiki: Aesthetics > Remove Parentheses from Page Titles?

That is the default; like I said it is leftover from VaultWiki 3 days. In many cases, parentheses are used for disambiguation descriptions, which are more of a sub-title, and therefore should have less visual importance than the main title.

It looks like this was added in 3.0.0 Beta 1, released January 3, 2010.
We did not add a way to disable the behavior until VaultWiki 4: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2616/

You can also override the style with CSS if you want to display the parenthetical text in a different way.
