Issue: Thread-level simple Wikipost

VaultWiki currently has forum and thread level wiki content integration. The ability to select existing wiki pages, organize them, and set options makes sense when the relationship between the forums and threads to the wiki pages are more complex (such as having multiple threads point to the same wiki page, having different permissions for the wiki pages vs forums/threads, etc).

Some sites like slickdeals.net have a much simpler "Wikipost" feature where a wiki can be very easily created with a single button click for any thread that has the "wikipost" feature enabled. It would be extremely useful if VaultWiki offered an alternative "wikipost" content integration where wikis can be created automatically at a button click without offering all the standard content integration options and where that wikipost inherits the access permissions of the thread/forum itself to which the wikipost page is inserted. Perhaps the wikipost pages could be automatically created in a dedicated Area that is normally inaccessible or hidden from the rest of the wiki (since permissions would be inherited from the forum rather than from the VaultWiki side).
