      Upgrade from beta 4.0 fails to 4.0.2
      Another upgrade error

      Code:
      Upgrading to 4.0.1
      Step 6

      Altering table: vw_revision
      Undefined index: attributes
      vw_CP_Progress_View->handle_php_error() in vault/core/controller/dbalter/mysql/vw.php at line 402
      vw_DBalter_MySQL_Controller->add_field() in vault/core/controller/install/upgradepath/steps/4/0/1/base/vw.php at line 276

      vw_CP_Install_Controller->upgrade_type() in vault/core/controller/cp/install/vw.php at line 238
      vw_CP_Install_Controller->upgrade() in vault/core/controller/cp/install/vw.php at line 59
      vw_CP_Install_Controller->execute() in library/vw/XenForo/ControllerAdmin/Wiki.php at line 113
      vw_XenForo_ControllerAdmin_Wiki->actionIndex() in library/vw/XenForo/ControllerAdmin/Wiki.php at line 170
      vw_XenForo_ControllerAdmin_Wiki->actionUpgrade() in library/XenForo/FrontController.php at line 347
      XenForo_FrontController->dispatch() in library/XenForo/FrontController.php at line 134
      XenForo_FrontController->run() in admin.php at line 13
      retryuing the upgrade seemed to work; although when copying in the files, the ability to find the upgrade button was lost; I had to figure out that the right url was admin.php?wiki/upgrade.

      Fixed this error message in the next release. The code that triggered this was added by 4.0.2. Since 4.0.2, there have been no table alters that didn't include the 'attributes' property. However, it appears there were alters that omitted this in upgrade scripts before 4.0.2, so this change broke backwards-compatibility in the upgrade system for users (such as yourself) who opted to skip those releases until at least 4.0.2.

      When it is released, 4.0.4 (currently in QA) should restore backwards compatibility within the upgrade system for those users.

      Thanks for finding this!
