How to remove message at top of wiki pages

How to remove message at top of wiki pages

I have just installed V4.0.0b3 and I have this message at the top of each page.
How can I make it go away? I don't really want to add any wiki content in that
location.

Wiki You can place wiki content at the top of this page. Click 'Manage' to select a wiki page to display or to create a new one for this location. [Manage]

VaultWiki Team

Admin Panel > Settings > Miscellaneous > Wiki Content Integration Locations. If you don't want it above any wiki pages, uncheck "Wiki Content"
Otherwise, if you only want to remove it from some parts of the wiki, it's a setting in the area manager too.
