Templates blocks parsing of VIDEO bb-code

If you add template on your page you will get bug with VIDEO bb-code. It stops parsing and displays as a simple link.

Fixed in the next release. This issue was new in RC 2, due to fixes in the parser that were designed to prevent fatal errors in buggy versions of PHP 5.3 and early PHP 5.4. The changes inadvertently broke all parsing after the first template eval that still hadn't processed posting permissions (all permissions got set to NULL by the templater).

In vault/core/model/parser/cycle/template/vw.php, find:
