DB Error on submitting attachment

Code:

Database error in vBulletin 4.2.2:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT attacheditid,userid FROM `vw_attachmentedit` WHERE attachmentid =  AND visible = 0 ORDER BY dateline DESC;

MySQL Error   : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND visible = 0 ORDER BY dateline DESC' at line 1
Error Number  : 1064

The page didn't have a description.
It had File prefix
The attachment was an MP3

It still creates the page though but the attachment is lost.

If it was working correctly, that query should be unreachable when submitting a new attachment. This should correct the problem. In vault/core/controller/dm/attach/vw.php, find:

Add after:
