      You cannot "Reset" the default permissions. It has nothing to reset to from this context. The bug here is that it is giving you the option to reset them on this screen. Fixed in the next release.

      In vault/core/view/cp/permission/vw.php, find:
      Code:
      $html .= " <a id="delete_$item[permissionid]" class="cp-delete-link" href="$link&do=delete" title="" . vw_Hard_Core::view('Phrase')->get('vw_reset') . ""></a>";
      Replace with:
      Code:
      		if ($item['applytypeid'] != 1 OR $item['nodetypeid'])
      		{
      			$html .= " <a id="delete_$item[permissionid]" class="cp-delete-link" href="$link&do=delete" title="" . vw_Hard_Core::view('Phrase')->get('vw_reset') . ""></a>";
      		}
      You should then no longer have this option that doesn't work.
