In vault/core/controller/install/common/xf.php, find:

Code:

if ($existing AND $existing['addon_id'] != 'vaultwiki') { continue; }

Replace with:

Code:

if ($existing AND $existing['addon_id'] != 'vaultwiki') { $perpage++; continue; }

Then refresh the page and try again. If this works, it means that there is another mod installed with a phrase name that conflicts with VaultWiki, which is another problem altogether.

And now we're back to this...

Seriously mate; don;t bother fixing it. This would have to singularly be the most buggy paid-for add-on I've ever come across.
I'm going to look else where for a wiki.
