      Cannot upload files
there is no option to upload files in the edit UI for a page, even with proper permissions

I may be overlooking something obvious, but...

there's no UI to upload attachments appearing in the editor when I attempt to edit a page

The area is set to take "any" type of content, including attachments, and many "content types" are enabled, but i've got no way to upload.

Am I missing a widget or something in the UI to let the users perform the upload?

still can't figure this out -- how are you supposed to upload files with vaultwiki in general? is it from the attachments in coeditor, or is there another interface that i'm not seeing at all?

It looks like some of your editor icons are missing. Make sure there is an icon for the FILE or IMAGE BB-Code, whichever one you are using for wiki images. If VaultWiki 4 was a new installation, it's probably the FILE BB-Code. You may have it disabled from the editor in the VaultWiki CP > Content > Syntax Manager. It needs to be enabled in order to use attachments via the editor. If either one is missing, it's possible you removed it somewhere along the line. Just create a new BB-Code with:

      Tag: FILE
      Replacement:
      Code:
      [file]{param}[/file]
      Example:
      Code:
      [file]filename.ext[/file]
Description: Add a wiki attachment to any post
      Use option: No
      Strip empty: Yes
      Button Path: bb_image.png

Then fill out the VaultWiki CP > Content > Syntax Manager entry for it:

      Wiki group: Yes
      Wiki link: Yes
      Wiki editor: Yes
      Regular editor: Yes
      Wiki FAQ: Yes
      Wiki parse: Yes
      Regular parse: Yes

Both those entries were already there, and active.

Same result -- still doesn't work.

      What else should I try?

In vBulletin, VaultWiki installed the FILE BB-Code with the wrong image path. The correct path, shown above, is bb_image.gif
You can correct these manually or wait until the next release, where we have added a duplicate image so the installed image path actually points to something.

I see you are missing a number of editor icons. To make sure the image paths are applied for buttons in the wiki resources directory, make sure that Wiki Group is turned on in the Syntax Manager for the required tags.

Marking as Fixed since the missing image now exists.
