Step 10 loop

When upgrading VW4 step 10 results in the start of step 10, which is an infinite loop.

Step numbers are different on everyone's system. I need to know the contents of the upgrade window in order to know what step is processing.

EDIT: I was able to run the upgrade process on your test and reproduce the problem. The step is rebuilding_caches. I am currently trying to create a local configuration that will also produce the error.

Okay, reproduced, and this should be fixed in build 2 when I click to export the build.

I was able to get through it by clicking the same button after each run. I am not sure how many times were needed, but it was a lot.

That is expected behavior if you are using the manual click installer. In the one click it will just continue normally. It's designed to refresh if it can't finish the whole cache under 10 seconds. This is default XenForo behavior.

There was a bug here though, and that was despite the page refreshing so many times, the cache never actually got rebuilt.
