New Discussions Aren't Being Counted

When adding a new discussion to a page, the page's talkcount field doesn't increase.

This issue is fixed by the fix for: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3219/

But the upgrade script needed to be updated to handle the talkcount field as well.
Marked as fixed in the next release.
