      Various errors at the tops of topics once VaultWiki 4.0.0 Alpha 1 is installed.

      Pegasus has been a real chum helping me get through two install roadblocks, but the hits keep on coming.

      Top of pretty much any topic right now:

      Code:
      Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in [path]/vault/core/model/tag/vw.php on line 79

      Warning: array_unshift() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in [path]/vault/core/model/plugins/bbcode/vb3.php on line 270

      Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/vault/core/model/plugins/bbcode/vb3.php on line 272

      Beer money, sir. You've earned it tonight. And what a time for it, with St. Patrick's Day right around the corner!

      This is the error read-out for: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2955/
      By the timing of your first report, I suspect you missed the fix in the download, so what you do is edit vault/core/model/tag/vw.php. Find:
      Code:
      $prefixes = vw_Hard_Core::model('Cache')->get('prefix');
      Add after:
      Code:
      $this->tags = array();

      That fixed most of them. Still leaves one:

      Code:
      Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/vault/core/model/tag/vw.php on line 149
      The line in question reads:
      Code:
      foreach ($prefixes AS $prefix)

      I cannot duplicate the last error unless with my previous instruction unless I do a replace action instead of add-after. vw_Cache_Model::get will always return an array...

      Hm. It's not for me, obviously.

      There's also a few other things that have gone screwy since the (otherwise apparently successful) completed installation. I'll quote one of my members:

      Aside from formatting being screwed up and the apparent inability for text boxes to receive data from "outside" themselves (clicking reply with quote brings up an empty text box, clicking go advanced shows a preview of what you've already typed but the text box is empty, etc.), currently replying via Quick Reply double posts, while replying via the advanced form doesn't.
      In addition to that, previewing a post shows that the topic history is very seriously screwed up.

      It may be somewhat tempting to take you up on that installation offer, if that's still valid. Or perhpas my board is just full of weirdness that you're not expecting.

      Yup, when you applied one of the edits I had you do, you inadvertently erased some extra (needed) lines. It's fixed now. Looks like it was the source of most, if not all, of the issues your users noticed.

      If you need to make custom rewrite rules, I'm currently trying to figure those out on another forum. Let me know.

      D'oh. Was it really that simple? Now I almost feel bad for making you jump through those sorts of hoops. :>

      Was pretty sure I'd only edited the one line, but I must've wiped out something else without noticing it...

      Blogs still seem to be affected, however.

      Pretty much attempt to click any member profile or the "Blogs" button on top. They all die the same way.

      I also filed it under this report on these forums.
