Issue: Allow Customers to Generate and Print Invoices/Receipts

Occasionally a customer requests a copy of an invoice to be emailed to them for their records. Unfortunately, due to handling transactions through third-party payment services, invoices and receipts are not handled by us, nor do invoices typically exist - since we don't provide download access or services until cart purchases are paid anyway, bypassing the need for invoicing. When you're at the supermarket, you typically don't get an invoice either. Instead, we make them up on a per-request basis or if custom work takes place - typically a painstaking process of locating a digital copy of the last invoice and duplicating it with the appropriate changes.

It would be much more efficient if the web site could automatically generate these forms and make them accessible via the Members Area for customers to download or print as they desire.
