Error when posting answer to issue using quick reply

I noticed that when I try to post answer with quick reply I receive error that my message is too short. I think that this is related only to posting issues under support, site or VW related. CKEditor for some reason looses whole message, but if it is autosaved, I could restore at least some of message content.

After I try again everything works fine, so I think that this is related with quick reply.

I think this only happens sometimes with support Quick Reply, perhaps only after the auto-save. It happens less frequently but still does since I fixed vBulletin.attachinfo being empty (if it notices). Perhaps it is also related to vB_XHTML_Ready. That event fires too early on this site.

I'm inclined to believe this is fixed since we had to reorder our Javascript to make vBulletin 4.1.11 work at all.
