Special:Recentchanges does not show all recent changes.

showwiki.php?title=Special:Recentchanges does not show all recent changes. It only shows the recent changes for one namespace. Not all.

This is intended behavior. On first view, all Special pages only show results from the Default namespace, or the first namespace the user has permission to view. To see other results, you can change the namespace filter using the drop-down at the top of the Special page.

How can we see all recent changes on 1 page?
If this is not possible then this should be a feature request.

This is changing already in VaultWiki 4 because there is no namespacing.
