Fixed in the current ZIP. In admincp/vaultwiki_namespace.php, find:

			TRUNCATE TABLE " . TABLE_PREFIX . "vault_chapter,
					" . TABLE_PREFIX . "vault_book
		");

Replace with:

			TRUNCATE TABLE " . TABLE_PREFIX . "vault_chapter
		");

		$db->query_write("
			TRUNCATE TABLE " . TABLE_PREFIX . "vault_book
		");
