Special Page Search Integration

Have an option to filter the results of a search through a Special page. For example, if you search for pages with 'Article' in the title, and you want a list of recently changed articles like that.

Ideally you would be able to select the special filter from the advanced search menu.

To update, the Special UI controllers have a usable query() method that would accept additional joins like search result tables.

Originally suggested for 3.0.0 Beta 1 to be a core feature in 3.0.0 final.
