Issue: Articles on Ignore or Deleted still show

When an article was created by someone on the ignore list, or it has been soft-deleted, a message to that effect is supposed to replace the article text (if factory->fetch_postbit has any point). This is not the case - it always shows the article, but in the case of soft-deletion still shows a "soft-deleted" message below the title.

Fixed for the next build. The soft-deleted version will still work the same, but if on ignore, a phrase will replace the article tab. This check occurs both before and after parsing, to avoid the parser when possible.
