Double Wiki Codes in CMS Editor

I have only gotten this to happen when editing existing CMS articles. The editor buttons will include the wiki codes at least 2x for each one. Any repeats are non-functional.

Fixed for the next build. It's possible this was unique to our test install in combination with other mods - in that case it's a conflict, but still a bug.
