Header Display Order N/A

In the Namespace Manager, the Display Order for the Header namespace shows as "N/A". However, I can still change the Display Order via the [edit] link or the Forum Manager.

Ideally, you wouldn't let your users browse the Header namespace on its own. Fixed for the next build by making "N/A" the standard consistently across all managers.
