Unformatted Reply/View Counts on Article Tab

The counts don't use the forum formatting

The "X Comments" link and "X views" info next to it at the bottom of the Article tab just show the unformatted number (no commas, decimal points, etc). This can be unsightly for popular articles.

This was an easy fix. Just run vb_number_format() on $thread['replycount'] and $thread['views'] before spitting out the postbit.
