      Minor issue.
I think it is a CSS thing.
I know Jfusion gets into trouble trying to control vBulletin's CSS.

Unfortunately this is a vBulletin issue. They didn't realize that custom styles would mess up some popups. We attempted to work around the issue on this site by using plugins to move all popups to before the closing BODY tag. Unfortunately this method isn't possible with popups that the editor makes out of its Javascript.

This problem persisted in vBulletin 4 by default, but it was actually possible to fix on that platform.

I don't know if this helps, or does not, but this issue was discussed on jfusion forums.

Probably not worth investing more time into it if vB 4 solves the issue anyway.
The popup seems to work anyway.
