Select Image As Namespace Function Does Not Stick

For some reason when I setup an image namespace and select image for the Image namespace in the dropdown, it will say successfully set, yet disapears after the page load. Also, when I got to edit the image namespace, I try and select image namespace in the
What special function will this namespace perform?
and this says it saves successfully, yet after the page load I go back to look and it's still set at "none"

There was a bug where early versions of 3.7.x were incorrectly detected as 3.6.x. As 3.6.x is not compatible with the addons, this obviously caused problems. This has been fixed in the current ZIP for the main VaultWiki product.

Strange problem just creeped up, after the fix I am unable to post to a wiki article, I get a blank white page when I try. I may just need to reinstall all over?
