      H1 CSS Inconsistency

When the H=1 tag is used in a forum post, the proper CSS is applied. However, when it's used in an article, different CSS is used.

Fixed for the next build. In articles, different HTML is used entirely to create "broken posts" using H=1. Its class (firstHeading) now takes on the definition of vw-content h1 in vault_css_sections.
