Section control separators "-"

When there are more than 2 controls, we have 2 separators. However, both are invalid because they have the same id attribute.

Also, when performing a quick edit, if we CANCEL the quick edit, each separator gets another separator right next to it. So we have:

[hide] - - [top] - - [edit]

Fixed for the next build.
