      Border Option Not Working Correctly
The Border option on the image BBCode doesn't work correctly.

I'm really struggling to get the borders to work properly on the images, and with investigation, I can't see how it's not working.

I've checked an older bug report, and noticed the CSS can be a problem if text-decoration isn't set correctly, but that isn't the case on mine. If I set the border to none, frame or border I get the same border, unless I edit the CSS to set the border to 0. Then I can't get any border at all.

Is it that the CSS needs to be set up in a particular way (and I've missed this some how), or is there still a problem with it?

Also, what is the difference between frame and border?

      Thanks in advance.

I can demonstrate the problem here at VaultWiki:

It also seems that when it's in 'none' mode it throws out the command to center the image, which doesn't happen when frame and border are in use.

PS, this applies to the thumbnailed image.

I think there's some confusion here over the combination of some parameters.

You can have "thumb" OR "thumbnail" OR "frame" OR "border"
You can't have a combination of these.

I just used border on an article yesterday and it worked as expected.

      Basically:
Border has a 1px line around the image. Accepts a 'size' parameter (e.g. 160px).
Frame looks more like a box around the image. Accepts a 'size' parameter.
Thumb is basically frame, with the magnifying glass, and floated left, right, or center. If nothing is specified, it floats right. You shouldn't define a size for thumbnails - it always uses the thumbnail.

      The bug:
None is supposed to turn any floats off. By design "thumb|center|none" should make it appear at the left on its own line - text won't wrap. But it seems that using "none" on "thumb" defaults the thumbnail to a "right" float.

Ok, that makes sense. I'd not realised they affected each other as they did. Thanks for the headsup (and the fix).
