Compressed to Prefix

When an article's title is the same as a Compressor Phrase, and it also has a prefix, the breadcrumbs will only show the Prefix. This is unsightly and confusing for the end user when it occurs.

Fixed for the next build. The compressor will now treat the breadcrumb as if the prefix wasn't there when determining how to compress it (the output will still include the prefix).
