Link Previews for All Wiki Links

Apply autolink previews to non-autolinks

This is a relatively simple concept. It seems kind of unfair to me that links you make yourself do not get the fancy popup previews that the AutoLinks have.

Also relatively easy to implement. Changed the autolink CSS a bit, and made some other changes to the JS to prevent errors in the future.
