      Replaced by new error, unfortunately, pegasus

      Code:
      Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /.../vault/install/special_install.php on line 1032

      Ah, thanks. This also revealed that the extensions table has not been properly installed for a few versions now. Fixed in ZIP, and extensions table flagged for reconstruction during the next build.

      Just found these myself, and also found these in your new download:
      Code:
      Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/bluedragon/public_html/forums/vault/install/special_install.php on line 1041

      Fatal error: Call to undefined function special_bbcode() in /home/bluedragon/public_html/forums/vault/install/special_install.php on line 1821

      Fixed, fixed, (and one more that you wouldn't have even found). Whenever an install error is fixed, you can just redownload the ZIP.

      I'm pretty embarrased, though, that most of these were just careless typos on my part. For the past three versions it seems I haven't been careless, and maybe this is just the universe balancing itself out.

      Easy to fix,

      line 1041 change it to:
      PHP Code:
      echo $default['name'];
      line 1821 change it to:
      PHP Code:
      special_bbcode_install('2.0.0 RC3');
      Install went fine after these 2 changes and all errors gone from my home page, and the Edit tab is now working again.

      ooh, if there is one that I wouldn't have found.....this means that it never got fixed when I corrected those previous 2 errors...could you let me know the bit to fix on my site to save me re-importing the install script again and potentially damaging something?

      BTW, don't feel embarrassed, we all make mistakes...mine was getting out of bed this morning.....

      Special_install file is now fixed, thanks.

      edit:

      So the special.css that comes with this is based on the dark theme here?

      In the BB-Code Manager, check the following BB-Codes. If they have editor button images, delete that field. redirect, condition, footnote, reflist.

      deleted the image fields for redirect and condition, but there were no BB Codes in there for footnote and reflist....are these stored somewhere else?

      These should have been installed in RC3. If they don't appear in the Manager, then something must be wrong with the new installcode (even though all we really did was add the buttonimage field). This is one of those problems with suppressing Database Errors, you don't know when something didn't get saved.

      I'm going to have to disable the suppression and do a fresh test install now.

      Turns out there were two database errors during RC3 install: When installing (corrupt anyway) extensions, and when installing BB-Codes. Both of these are fixed in the stable release, which will install extensions and BB-Codes retroactively.
