Wrong BB-Code-Editor Image path

After upgrading to 2.5.5 the image path for the bb-code editor buttons is wrong, looks like this (image properties): website-adress/vault/images//vault/images//vault/images//vault/images/bb_special.gif
In the Wiki-Style-Manager it's still: vault/images. When i try to change the path to another folder the changes are not saved. I get the "save-message" but after that the path showing in the Wiki-Style-Manager is still: vault/images.
Also the Special-Page: List of Wiki-Code isn't shown correct, i get a white page when try to open it.

In Custom BB Codes > BB Code Manager, make sure the paths for the buttons in question only include the file name. If they do, it's likely this is an .htaccess issue, where the server isn't passing the request to /vault/images and it just goes into a loop. vBSEO anyone?

In vault/special_class_bbcode.php, find:

Code:

$vault->anchorify

Replace with:

Code:

$vault->urlencode

Changing the path to the filename only let the images display correct again. Btw. I didn't use vBseo, only a htaccess login as required for a "online-testforum".
With the change in vault/special_class_bbcode.php the bbcode-list is also back again.
The only problem still there is that i can't save any changes in the Wiki-Style-Manager. I don't try to edit the masterstyle. Looks like the same mentioned here: http://www.crackedeggstudios.com/threads/2307/
