Issue: Redirect After Moderation

When performing inline moderation on multiple threads, we are redirected to the threads' forum rather than any specific thread. However, if the forum has a main page, we will be redirected there (except when we deleted the threads). Keep in mind that the forum may change when moving or merging threads.

Fixed for the next build. Had to use a regular expression rather than a 1:1 equivalency check and use the forum ID in the URL rather than the one in memory.
