Overflow Tab Issues

I wouldn't have noticed this except that the CDN appears to be down in my area. When the overflow tab appears, clicking on it shows the list of all tabs. Then,

Clicking the currently selected tab will reload the already loaded tab.
Clicking non-AJAX tabs (edit, index) will attempt to load them via AJAX.
The "»" is quite non-descript, especially when ALL other tabs overflow.

Fixed for the next build. Clicking the currently selected tab has no effect. Clicking non-AJAX tabs will follow the link. The label for the overflow tab is now "more »".
