Default to 'Show wiki headers in this forum' after update

All forums show a wiki header after a rather extensive update

Every single forum that has wiki disabled suddenly has wiki headers showing after an update. This is definitely not expected.

What version did you have before? This has been the default for quite a long time and should be working as designed - forums are automatically set to show wiki headers unless you specify otherwise.

Of course the current upgrader wasn't designed until 2.3.0 so there could definitely be issues with earlier versions.

Depending on your previous version, you may want to check your Usergroup and Forum Permissions, because around 2.2.x we added moderation rules for wiki edits. If you didn't have this before and haven't updated it, all your edits will end up in a moderation queue (CES VaultWiki > Wiki Moderation).

Sorry for the slow response, we were running 2.2.3, wiki headers wasn't around at this time and they showed up after the update.
