Syntax error when importing xml file

I've uploaded the files, set permissions on includes and includes/functions.php to 777 and imported the .xml file

when I import I get this message
      Code:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /home/public_html/community/vault/install/special_install.php on line 1087
I'm not familiar with php. but I'm guessing a syntax error is fairly straightforward to sort ourt?

      cheers

Redownload the ZIP and replace the vault/install/special_install.php file. Honestly that wasn't supposed to be in that version of the file, so thanks for reporting the first bug in RC3 (even though you downloaded RC2).

If the installer didn't complete installing, and you get errors trying again, you may need to get back to me regarding fixing your database
