Corrupt Article Warning

Sometimes article metadata goes missing, and it becomes impossible to make use of the History tab or add the article to any books.

We should add a warning that moderators can see saying that the article has corrupted, and providing them a link to attempt to restore as much data as possible.

This is a very rare case that occurred pre-3.0.0 Beta 1. Even then, the problem is easily fixed by editing the page (this regenerates the metadata). At this time, it doesn't appear that there is much need for this feature.
