Books and Chapters - Completely Broken

Chapter TOC not showing in book articles

Essentially this is a multi-fold problem:

When saving an article as a chapter, the article info is properly updated, but the book entry is not created.
An article that is a chapter of a book does not display the link to its book, acknowledge that it is a member of a book on the article tab, or show any book-related navigation links.
When the book entry is properly created, the book tabs are not properly generated when viewing a non-AJAX non-article tab.
When the book entry is properly created, the chapter list does not display in the book article.

Fixed. For existing chapters, you will have to first set the article's book to "None," click save, then re-add the chapter.

Thanks, Working fine now

One little feature I would like now that it is working is on the bit where it says "This article is a chapter in the book XXXX" to have the book name as a link so that it is easy to go back to the main index.

And for the book contents to look the same as the article contents (modified my template for this)

You can easily get to the book by clicking the "index" tab. Also in the next build, you will be able to set your Book/Chapter nav links to appear right below the title, as opposed to the bottom of the article.

Sort of took your suggestion. Instead, the Table of Contents will be inserted as a section of the Book article.
