      PHP 5.3.0 Deprecated messages

Of course, vBulletin would have to post 3.8.4 today, when we were about to release 2.5.1. Well better now than after.

vBulletin 3.8.4 addresses a bunch of bugs in PHP 5.3.0 that results from certain kinds of references now being deprecated. Looks like I'm not going to be getting any sleep tonight, because (like happened with vBulletin) just about every file has to be updated.

While I would love to find every deprecated bit of code, this is for another time. For now, VaultWiki pages won't give deprecated messages, and we have stopped returning references via new.
