'Security token invalid' message on quick reply

The first time I saw this message on a Vb forum was on yours; the second time was on mine. So I expect it's VaultWiki-related.

I visit a page re-opened by Firefox from a previous session. Use quick reply. Get this message:

1. Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Reloading the page once or thrice makes the problem go away.

Yeah, this is not a bug. This happens because the security token is only valid for the current session. If you recover a firefox session, it's likely that the vBulletin session has in fact ended, so a new security token will be generated on the server side. Since your site allows the browser to cache its pages, it's possible that the previously loaded page with the old security token was used, causing a mismatch.
