      Index Book empty after upgrade

      http://www.blincmagazine.com/forum/wiki/BASE+Wiki:Index

      My Categories seem to work:
      http://www.blincmagazine.com/forum/w...tegory:General

But I do not understand what might have changed in this upgrade.

I did notice some changes to the NamespaceManager, but do not understand what they are.

I read the page about the namespaces. I already had mine set.
I am not really sure what needs to be changed to get my Book back besides potentially re-Adding the chapters to the book again. Is that what I have to do? I also had edited the main Book page with information and formatting. So how do I get this back?

The book page you mention in the first post appears fine to me.

I ran the query to update my revision table, and as soon as I did, the book came back to life, but a few of the categories are not displaying the articles in them like before.

But then when I go to the article, then click the category link on the bottom, they are showing up again. :-O

      crazy.

Here is an example page that used to have plenty of pages:

      http://www.blincmagazine.com/forum/w...y:BASE_Numbers

Then I have attached the dead pages. Each of the individual number pages is in the above category

The category's index should be rebuilt as its members are visited.

Also, Dead-End pages lists pages that don't contain links. Even though there's a link back, adding to a category doesn't count as a link.

It's also possible your categories woes are a variation on this issue: http://www.crackedeggstudios.com/issues/734/

We're very sorry for the numerous inconveniences you've had upgrading. We've been running this version live on our servers now for almost 2 months (the longest we've ever tested a single patch in a live environment), so personally I'm very surprised many of these issues weren't noticed earlier (compared to some of the more "theoretical" issues that were actually addressed in the patch).
