Problems editing one section of an article
I've set some headers in an article, and click 'edit' next to a header

This one comes after I've set some headers in an article, and click 'edit' next to a header. Either nothing happens, or the edit box shows up (maybe after a second click) with
      Code:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/vault/special_class_bbcode.php on line 646
      above it.

Maybe more to the point: only that section shows in the edit box. So when I save changes, the rest of the article's lost.

Honestly I am surprised this hasn't occurred even on my test install. The foreach error occurs because there are no BB-Code variants with options in the Fake Tag List. Added a check in special_class_bbcode.php to skip options in that case.

As for the second part of your report, the editor is actually functioning as designed if it only shows the text pertinent to the section in the field. It is supposed to reform the entire article upon saving, and I suspect that it only overwrote the article because your Fake Tag List was broken. Marking as fixed for now.

Also applied this issue towards the 2.0.0 milestone, because we have added a little bit to (hopefully) help make Advanced Section Edit less frightening. As of Version 2.0.0 (final), under the words "Editing Article," it will say "Editing Section: X," where X is the corresponding headline title.
