Duplicate Article Manager

After the upgrade to 2.5.x, it's likely that a lot of wikis will have more than 1 article using the same URL, due to prior redirect practices. Since only 1 of these pages will be accessible, there should be some sort of manager that displays the conflicting pages and gives admins the ability to edit and delete the extra pages.
