Fixed in the current ZIP. In vault/special/special_statistics.php, find:

		$parser->current_tag['name'] = $vault->get_link_tag($vault->namespaces[HELP_SPACE]);
		$vbphrase['vault_stat_admins'] = construct_phrase($vbphrase['vault_stat_admins'], $users['total'], $users['admins'], $users['admins_percent'], handle_bbcode_wiki_main($parser, $vbphrase['administrators'], $vbphrase['administrator']));

Replace with:

		$vbphrase['vault_stat_admins'] = construct_phrase($vbphrase['vault_stat_admins'], $users['total'], $users['admins'], $users['admins_percent'], $vbphrase['administrators']);

In vault/special/special_version.php, find:

I thought I had this problem since the version was being reported as 2.3.1 after I installed 2.3.2, but installing these two patches did not help. My version is also reported incorrectly in Admin CP.

The install seemed to go fine with the exception that I had edited one of your templates for H=n font settings. Since I knew there was no danger I ignored the warning. Perhaps that was foolish.

I have the problem with the incorrect version too. The upgrade works fine without any errors. But afterwards the "New Product Version Available!-Message" is still displayed on the Admincp-startpage and also on the Wiki-specialpage.
Only under PluginsProducts -> Manage Products there is the right display 2.3.2.

You can manually change the version in vault/special_class_wiki.php. It's define()'d near the top.
