Add widget locations

Currently there are no widget locations similar to the ones that XF and major addons provide. Adding these will allow us to display various widgets in useful locations.

Please add these widget locations:
Wiki Main page: Top
Wiki Main page: Above content
Wiki Main page: Above Area listing
Wiki Main page: Below Area listing / bottom
Wiki Main index: Sidebar
Wiki Category: Above content
Wiki Category: Above Page listing
Wiki Category: Below page listing
Wiki Category: Bottom
Wiki Category: Sidebar
Wiki Area: Above content
Wiki Area: Above Page listing
Wiki Area: Bottom
Wiki Area: Sidebar
Wiki Book: Above content
Wiki Book: Above Table of Contents
