Issue: Option to use XenForo threads instead of VW comments

It would be very useful if it were possible to use XenForo threads for wiki comments. This would make wiki comments come up in the xenforo new posts stream and we would have one less content type to keep track of.

The only benefit to comments is that you can display these under the wiki article.
If this would be possible for threads as well, in a similar way as posts display under article threads in xenforo, then it would be possible to completely replace VW comments with xenforo threads / posts.
If it is not possible to display xenforo posts under wiki articles, then it would be nice to have the option to choose between comments and XF threads.

VW comments should be replaced by XF comments. Same as used on the XenForo resource manager and XenForo media gallery.
