Can't turn addon back on

After disabling, attempt to enable

Okay, it is back up and running despite erroring out of the enable window

This appears to be due to an undocumented change in XenForo 2.3 where the constructor of XF/Job/JobResult was removed without warning and replaced with various static methods. I have a strong inkling that this is related to your slowdown, since any job not marked with the new RESULT_COMPLETED flag could potentially run infinitely. Since VaultWiki adds new jobs every few minutes, the situation could get worse over time. I'm not sure though why I haven't seen this behavior on the demo or any dev site. I will attempt to apply the necessary changes through your ticket.

This wasn't causing infinite jobs, or if it was the impact was extremely low. Either way, the job completion logic has been updated to reflect the new change in XF 2.3.
