4.1.8 doesnt install on 2.3

Might as well keep going here.

Tested install on my fresh 2.3 trial server. Attempt to install addon:

It looks like something weird happened with a file merge. It's weird because I tested the download twice, once to upgrade a 4.1.7 installation and once to install a fresh 4.1.8 installation. And the IDE didn't complain either until I refreshed it just now.

In src/addons/vw/vw/Setup.php, find:

$errors[] = $this->vwView('install')->get_phrase('minimum_requirements_wrong_package'); } }

As you see there's two } in a row. Remove one and save.

I've updated the package with this change.
