Portable Wiki Import & Export

Into or From SQL or Specific format or file?

These are the ideas to make contents development or insertion for the Wiki to be much easier :

Portable Wiki Export possible features :

Able to export not only contents but also file attachments
Into a Singular File (Like an sqlite database) or both (SQL and file attachments datas) inside an archive (*.tar.gz for an example)

Portable Wiki Import possible features :

Able to insertion not only contents but also file attachments
From a Singular File (Like an sqlite database) or both (SQL and file attachments datas) inside an archive (*.tar.gz for an example)

This is would be make the process much easier for a VaultWiki fresh Install or internal development site to be able to receive or exporting
Wiki contents and files attachments from a singular file.
